ESEE Knives Junglas II with Black Blade, Kydex Sheath, Canvas Micarta Handles (JUNGLAS-II-E)

ESEE Knives created the original Junglas (pronounced HOONGLAS) after spending time with the Colombian Compañía Jungla Antinarcóticos and wanting to design a single blade that that could serve as both bushcraft knife and machete. The Junglas was a tremendous success, but there were also users who wanted a smaller version of the Junglas. So ESEE created the Junglas II, which is essentially the Junglas with a blade that is 2" shorter and 2 oz. lighter. Otherwise, the two knives are identical.

The Junglas II's 14.5" length is 2" shorter than that of the original Junglas, but still lets you swing it with authority and power. The 1095 carbon steel blade and high saber grind will withstand heavy chopping and batoning through the hardest of woods. The 90-degree spine will scrape ferro rods. The micarta handles are removable and replaceable if you should ever damage one or if you want to change to a different style.

The Junglas II's sheath is made from kydex that is riveted after forming. The hollow rivets allow the attachment of the Cordura nylon MOLLE and belt loops, as well as additional accessories. The kydex sheath is "lockable" by pushing a slider that will prevent the kydex from expanding and releasing the micarta handle.
