Bearmach Defender Headlight Switch (AMR6104R)

The Bearmach AMR6104R Defender Headlight Switch is a three-position switch that controls your running lights and low beams, and came standard on the 1997 NAS Defender 90s and all ROW Defenders with VINs from VA104806 to EA999999. Defender headlight switches burn out all the time because the Defender's headlight circuit does not have a relay and the full power of both headlights flows through the headlight switch.  So have a spare handy, especially for trips when you are more likely to run your headlights on all the time.

There are basically two different kinds of Defender headlight switches. The switch bodies are identical but the connectors differ. The AMR6104 variants have a white multiplug with three blade connectors, while the PRC3430 variants have a black multiplug with three posts. This AMR6104R Headlight Switch is the former type. Physically check which type of connector you require to be sure you order the correct headlight switch for your particular Defender.
