When you fourwheel, you will eventually break a tire valve. In fact, probably 90% of your trail fixes will involve your tires. Replacing a broken tire valve previously meant removing the wheel and breaking the bead with a Hi-Lift Jack to enable installation of a replacement tire valve. Then you had to reseat the bead. Now all of that is a thing of the past.
The Colby Valve Emergency Tire Valve is a replacement tire valve that installs from the outside of the wheel, and it will install without tools. Simply insert the Emergency Valve into your wheel and then turn the wing-nut collar to compress and expand the Emergency Tire Valve, which will create an airtight seal against your wheel. Fits standard 0.453" valve holes used on tubeless automobile wheels.
