Edge Pro 1000-Grit Ultra Fine Water Stone (WS1000)

The Edge Pro 1000-Grit Ultra Fine Water Stone is made of aluminum oxide and is the next step after the 600-Grit Extra Fine Stone. It achieves an ultra-fine edge on your blades. The 1000-Grit Stone, even if not followed by the Edge Pro Polish Tapes or Polish Stones, produces a much sharper and finer edge than what you find on all or nearly all factory knives.
