GSI Outdoors Glacier Moka Espresso Pot (65100)

The GSI Outdoors Glacier Moka Espresso Pot is a camping version of the famous Italian Moka Pot that is more suited for field kitchens and hard use.  Construction is all stainless steel rather than aluminum for years of hard use.  The body is cylindrical rather than octagonal for dent resistance and easier cleaning in the field.  The handles are stainless steel wire rather than plastic, and the wire handles hinge open and closed for more compact storage and transport.  There is no pull tab on the lid to break or go missing, and instead there is a kick tab that you operate with your thumb.

While the Glacier Moka Espresso Pot has a much sturdier construction, it brews coffee just like any other moka pot.  Simply add water to the fill line, fill the funnel with grounds, and heat over your burner of choice.  The water will boil up and through the grounds, up the pot's fill pipe, and collect in the pot.

Dimensions are 9" x 5" x 5".  Weight is 2 lbs. and the pot will brew 12 fluid ounces of coffee.
