GSI Outdoors RAKAU Chef Spoon (46121)

The GSI Outdoors RAKAU Chef Spoon is a large cooking spoon made entirely of beechwood, so it is safe for use with nonstick cookware, seasoned ironware, and enamelware. The beech is beautiful to behold and a delight to use because wood is a natural insulator that will never feel cold or hot to your hands. The RAKAU Chef Spoon is 12" long and its bowl measures 3.5" x 2.5".

The RAKAU Chef Spoon is very easy to clean in the field. Simply wash with soap and water and let dry. The RAKAU Chef Spoon comes with an oil finish from GSI. You can continue to use the Chef Spoon in its factory state or oil it further with a food-safe oil like Opinel Maintenance Oil to protect the wood against water intrusion, warping, and food stains.
