GSI Outdoors RAKAU Cutting Board Small (46006)

The GSI Outdoors RAKAU Cutting Board Small is a bikepacker-sized, double-sided, bamboo cutting board that measures 10.5" x 6.5" x 0.5" and weighs 10.4 oz. One side has a drip gutter around the perimeter and the other side is smooth to suit different foods and tasks.

Like the Snow Peak Charcuterie Plate, the RAKAU Cutting Board Small may be used as a service platter for meats, fruits, cheeses, and crackers as a snack or before a meal with cocktails. Don't make the rookie mistake of putting effort into your food, only to serve it on a plastic cutting board or paper plates. The presentation of your food is at least as important as your food.

The RAKAU Cutting Board Small is constructed of bamboo. In addition to being environmentally friendly, bamboo is considerably stronger than traditional table woods like maple. Bamboo is also warm to the touch and very beautiful. Bamboo is very easy to clean. Simply wash with soap and water and let dry. The RAKAU Cutting Board Small comes unfinished in plain bamboo. You can continue to use it in its unfinished state or oil it with a food-safe oil like Opinel Maintenance Oil to protect the wood against water intrusion, warping, and food stains.
