Hi-Lift Jack Off-Road Base (ORB)

Increase the utility of your Hi-Lift Jack on soft surfaces with the Hi-Lift Jack Off-Road Base. The Off-Road Base widens the footprint of the Hi-Lift Jack and prevents it from sinking in soft ground conditions like sand or mud. The Off-Road Base is rated to the limits of the Hi-Lift Jack; if the Hi-Lift Jack can take the load then so can the Off-Road Base. The Off-Road Base is also eminently suitable for fitting under your factory bottle jack to change a tire if your vehicle has been lifted and fitted with larger tires and the factory jack is no longer tall enough. The latest version of the ORB features some modifications that users commonly did to their older ORBs. The edge is now serrated for raking the ground flat before setting down the ORB. Also, there are two holes drilled into the flange for attachment of a rope handle for pulling the ORB out of muddy conditions. Just as with the Hi-Lift Jack Fix-It Kit, every Hi-Lift Jack user should have an Off-Road Base with his other recovery gear.

An alternative to the Off-Road Base is the ARB Jack Base, which is orange in color and slightly different in design features, but identical in concept. Both the Off-Road Base and Jack Base are excellent products.
