The classic Hultafors Inch Wooden Folding Ruler 78-2-12 is a folding ruler that is beautiful to the eye and a joy to use.  Spring-loaded tape measures will be easier to use, but will not give the same satisfaction or sit proudly on your desk or work bench.

Construction is from downy birch and Swedish steel joints.  The birch is coated with a water-based clear lacquer to protect the wood against warping, and the end grain is painted bright red.  The ends of the ruler are capped in brass to prevent the wood from chipping out.

The scale on this ruler reads only in inches, and the scale is printed on both sides of the wood sections.

The ruler is 7.3" long when folded and 78" long when extended fully.

Made in Sweden.
