The MAXTRAX Mounting Pin Set is composed of four unique keys that will secure two or four MAXTRAX MkII boards to your vehicle's roof rack or roof bars. The keys are constructed of black nylon and stainless steel and are very easy to mount to your vehicle. The keys are not ridiculously large because they don't have to be. Even four MAXTRAX MkII weigh only 30 lbs., so these four keys are more than up to the task of securing them. Once the flaps are turned to lock the MAXTRAX in place, a hole in the stainless key body permits fitment of a small padlock or TSA-style lock. Designed for MAXTRAX MkII only; the Mounting Pin Set will not fit the first-generation MAXTRAX or the MAXTRAX Xtreme.
