The Snow Peak Bamboo Spatula is a "hard" style of spatula made entirely of wood for people who prefer that style of spatula for their cooking and serving. In addition to being environmentally friendly, bamboo is considerably stronger than traditional table woods like maple (bamboo is technically grass rather than wood, but most people think of wood when they see bamboo). Bamboo is also warm to the touch and very beautiful. Bamboo will never scratch your cookware and is friendly to all non-stick coatings and seasonings.
