The beautiful Snow Peak Charcuterie Plate is perfect for serving meats, fruits, cheeses, and crackers as a snack or before a meal with cocktails. The Charcuterie Plate measures 10" x 7" x 5/8" and is constructed of beautiful oak that is noticeably darker than the usual Snow Peak bamboo. At 1.25 lbs., it is quite heavy for its size. One side is grooved at the edge to catch juices while the opposite side is smooth for use as a cutting board. A hole in the corner lets you hang dry it after washing.
The Charcuterie Plate comes unfinished in plain wood. You can continue to use it in its unfinished state or oil it with a food-safe oil like Opinel Maintenance Oil to protect the oak against water intrusion, warping, and food stains.
