The Snow Peak Fire Side Gloves are protective leather gloves designed for use with wood-burning or charcoal-burning items like the Snow Peak Fireplace, Takibi Solo SR, Dutch Oven, Double BBQ Box, Classic Kettle, and Folding Torch. These will become a favorite in your field kitchen, but the Fire Side Gloves are also useful for handling firewood in camp, and can do emergency duty in your recovery gear for handling gear like winch lines or MAXTRAX boards, or even in your field tools if you ever have to work on or near something very hot like your vehicle's engine or exhaust. The Fire Side Gloves are constructed of leather and have gauntlets that extend well beyond the wrist to protect you from heat, sparks, and embers of burning wood and charcoal. The gloves have a beautiful brown color that will darken and only get better with age. There is a loop on the gauntlets to hang the gloves if they should get wet. The dark navy fabric liners are secured with Velcro and are removable for washing.
