The Snow Peak Flat Burner is a thinner and lighter version of the famous Snow Peak Baja Burner. The Flat Burner weighs 4.2 lbs. while the Baja Burner weighs 5.9 lbs. The Baja Burner's legs flip out like that of a lunar lander, while the Flat Burner's legs attach like the BBQ Box's legs. Unlike the Baja Burner, the Flat Burner cannot run on liquid fuel with the gas canister inverted. Otherwise, the two stoves are very similar and serve similar functions. Both stoves are IGT-sized and may be used standalone or as part of Snow Peak's Iron Grill Table System.
A key feature that distinguishes the Flat Burner from other burners is its suitability for use with isobutane gas canister systems with standard Lindal Valve threading like the Snow Peak GigaPower, Kovea Iso-Butane & Propane, PRIMUS Power Gas, and numerous other systems. Thus, the Flat Burner will use the same fuel as the rest of your outdoor products like lanterns, lighters, small stoves, and so on. Gas regulator and integral piezo igniter are included.
