The Snow Peak Grill Plate Half Deep Depth is a cooking pan for the Snow Peak IGT Double BBQ Box, and Takibi Fire & Grill Pack & Carry Fireplace and Takibi Solo Pack & Carry Fireplace SR. It is constructed of thick carbon steel and weighs a relatively heavy 3.5 lbs. for good heat retention and even cooking. Usable space under the IGT BBQ Box's lid is doubled to 3.5" tall, so larger/thicker pieces of meat will fit than would otherwise fit on the standard yakitori grill. Smaller foods will never fall into the fire and flare-ups don't happen because the fats do not drip into the coals. The Grill Plate Half Deep conveniently stores and transports inside your IGT BBQ Boxes, so there is no space lost and the only penalty is weight.
The Grill Plate Half Deep Depth will not integrate directly with the Snow Peak Iron Grill Table. Instead, the Grill Plate Half Deep Depth will integrate with various IGT pieces such as the BBQ Boxes.
