The Snow Peak IGT Double BBQ Box is a charcoal grill that may be used standalone or as part of Snow Peak's modular Iron Grill Table System. Made entirely of stainless steel, the Double BBQ Box is easy to use, easy to clean, and durable. To use, simply fill the removable pan with charcoal and drop your favorite meal on top of the removable grill nets. The double grill nets can be raised or lowered with a hand crank to increase or decrease cooking heat as desired. The Double BBQ Box's legs and hand crank detach and stow in the charcoal pan to minimize wasted storage space, and a stainless steel lid is provided to hold the entire assembly together during storage or transport. The Double BBQ Box is entirely self-contained and measures only 20" x 15" x 5" when stowed.
The Double BBQ Box is basically a double version of Snow Peak's now-discontinued Single IGT BBQ Box with some small differences:
- the Double BBQ Box fills in two IGT units (or "W" in Snow Peak parlance) while the BBQ Box fills one IGT unit (or "S" in Snow Peak parlance)
- the legs on the Double BBQ Box stow in the charcoal pan while the legs on the BBQ Box invert and store outside the body
- the Double BBQ Box uses a hand crank to adjust the height of the grill nets (charcoal pan stays stationary) while the BBQ Box uses a lever to adjust the height of the charcoal pan (grill net stays stationary)
- the Double BBQ Box has no real lid to cover foods while cooking while the BBQ Box has a shallow lid
The Double BBQ Box is modular and designed to work with other Snow Peak items. It comes standard with yakitori-style grill nets, but will also accept:

- Snow Peak Grill Plate Half Deep Depth
A very easy and elegant way to transport the Double BBQ Box is inside the Snow Peak Double Burner Case, which will also hold the Snow Peak Double Burner.
To light the charcoal for your Double BBQ Box, look at the Snow Peak Folding Torch, which is even small enough to store and transport inside the Double BBQ Box.
To facilitate handling of the Double BBQ Box and its very hot fuel, Snow Peak has available its Fire Side Gloves. The Fire Side Gloves are constructed of leather and have gauntlets that extend well beyond the wrist to protect you from heat, sparks, and embers of burning wood and charcoal. The gloves have a beautiful brown color that will darken and only get better with age. The dark navy fabric liners are secured with Velcro and are removable for washing.
In addition to the Fire Side Gloves, SnowPeak has available specialty tools for handling very hot fires.
