The Snow Peak Inner Screen For 26CM is a steel grill net made for the Snow Peak Japanese Cast Iron Oven 26cm (10" dutch oven). The Inner Screen raises the food contents off the floor of the dutch oven's bottom pot or middle skillet to minimize burning of the food when cooking over very hot charcoal. The Inner Screen's 8" diameter may also be used as a drying rack for some meats before cooking them in order to minimize steaming and maximize crusting on your finest steaks. Use your imagination and many other ideas will occur to you. The Inner Screen is constructed of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
