Snow Peak Lifter Pro Set For Cast Iron Dutch Oven (N-021)

The Snow Peak Lifter Pro facilitates handling of the Snow Peak Japanese Cast Iron Oven 26cm, which has three different pieces that may be oriented or combined in different ways to suit different foods. Some of the Dutch Oven's pieces have handles while others do not. The Lifter Pro makes handling these different pieces much easier. The Lifter Pro consists of a large tool and small tool. The large tool's jaw will engage the center handle on the Dutch Oven's top lid and enable the user to lift the lid straight up without spilling any hot charcoal. The large tool will also let you dump the hot charcoal from the lid if you desire. The Dutch Oven's top lid has a center handle but the middle skillet does not because it may be inverted to make the Dutch Oven's capacity larger or smaller. The Lifter Pro's small tool acts in conjunction with the large tool to engage the wing handles on the skillet to lift it from the sides.

Both the large and small tools feature bamboo handles that act as heat insulation and provide a comfortable grip. In addition to being environmentally friendly, bamboo is considerably stronger than traditional table woods like maple (bamboo is technically grass rather than wood, but most people think of wood when they see bamboo). Bamboo is also warm to the touch and very beautiful. The bamboo handles are riveted onto the steel bodies.

A No. 10 cotton canvas storage bag is included. The storage bag closes with velcro and has a wrist lanyard.
