The Snow Peak Mesh Tray 1 Unit Shallow is a detachable basket that adds extra storage space and versatility to the Snow Peak Iron Grill Table System. Unlike the Snow Peak IGT Stainless Box Unit, there is no lid and the walls are steel wire to permit water drainage and air circulation. Much like the wire racks in gourmet markets, the mesh construction of the Mesh Tray 1 Unit Shallow also permits the user to view at a glance what is inside each tray.
The Mesh Tray 1 Unit Shallow displaces one IGT unit (or "S" in Snow Peak parlance) inside your IGT frame or the Snow Peak IGT Hanging Rack Frame 2 Stage hanger system that hangs below the Iron Grill Table Frame and provides two additional levels and four additional IGT units below the IGT frame. The Mesh Tray 1 Unit Shallow is 1.5" tall. Each Deep Mesh Tray measures about 14" x 10" x 2".
Construction is stainless steel for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. Construction is heavy duty, so the Mesh Tray 1 Unit Shallow will hold just about any field kitchen item or food ingredients without bowing or buckling.
If you want this tray but in a deeper form, look at the Snow Peak Deep Mesh Tray 1 Unit, which is basically identical except for depth. The Deep Mesh Tray 1 Unit is 5" tall rather than 2".
