The Snow Peak Nylon Ladle is equally suitable for any kitchen, whether field or home. The large bowl is black nylon and large enough to dispense hearty stews and chilis. The handle is stainless steel with two bamboo flats riveted on top and bottom to give the shaft a shape that is comfortable and alluring to the hand. In addition to being environmentally friendly, bamboo is considerably stronger than traditional table woods like maple (bamboo is technically grass rather than wood, but most people think of wood when they see bamboo). Bamboo is also warm to the touch and very beautiful. The tail end of the stainless shaft is hooked to enable hanging the ladle during field use where cooking and tabletop space are limited. 12" length.
