SureFire WARCOMP Closed-Tine Flash Hider (WARCOMP-556-CTN-1/2-28)

The SureFire WARCOMP is a unique combination of muzzle brake, flash suppressor, and suppressor mount in a single muzzle device. When a bullet exits the muzzle, it enters the ported and baffled muzzle brake portion of the WARCOMP, shoots gas pressure through the directional ports to reduce muzzle rise, enters the fluted flash suppressor section, shoots burning propellants through the flutes to eliminate muzzle flash, and then exits WARCOMP to fly through the SOCOM suppressor or the ambient air toward its target.

WARCOMP reduces muzzle rise and eliminates muzzle flash on every shot, but it also a precision suppressor mount for the SureFire SOCOM Fast-Attach Suppressors. WARCOMP's precision CNC milling ensures that the SOCOM suppressors mount perfectly concentric with the bore to prevent baffle strikes and minimize shifts in the point of impact.

WARCOMP exists in both open and closed variants for the flash suppressor. This is the CLOSED variant. The closed tines reduce the chance of snagging the muzzle in dense vegetation or other items that might catch an open-tine flash hider. The closed tines also not resonate or ring in any way.

Standard 1/2x28 threads. Wrench flats are machined into the sides of the adapter allow for easy installation. Shims of several different thicknesses are included to clock your WARCOMP to your preference, and Rocksett is included to lock the WARCOMP in place and prevent it from unthreading inadvertently.
